Vibration-Activated Hopper

Activation hopper (also known as vibrating hopper) is a new type of feeding equipment installed at the bottom of various silos. Materials can be activated by vibration, which can effectively eliminate arching, blocking and sticking of materials and solve the hard problem of consciousness of discharging.

Active hoppers are widely used in industries such as chemical, building materials, metallurgy, mechanical manufacturing, grain and food processing, feed processing, environmental protection, ceramics, etc.

Construction materials: carbon steel, 304L/316L stainless steel, sturdy and compact design seals, including FDA certified food models and high-temperature resistant models. Depending on the application, there are a large number of different types of partitions available for selection, with low energy consumption and particularly durable suspension components and seals. Seamless heavy-duty hopper cones require 70% less welding than traditional activation hoppers.
