Superior Machinery has repeatedly researched and experimented on the properties of steel pipes, and officially developed the first set of steel pipe separation equipment in 2017. The working procedure is feeding → shredding → conveying → crushing and decomposition → magnetic separation → centralized recycling.
In the feeding part, our company designs side feeding, the advantage of which is that the whole tube can be directly shredded, whether it is 3 meters, 6 meters, 9 meters, all can be directly put into it, no need to cut off, reduce labor, and ensure safe production. The second is the loss of equipment. Through inquiries and searches, we found a special tool steel in the material of the blade, which has high strength and toughness for the shearing of steel wire/steel strip, and is not easy to damage the blade, thereby reducing the loss.
The whole set of equipment is based on the design concept of full automation, and is equipped with PLC automatic control program. During the shredding process, the machine will control the feeding speed according to the magnitude of the current, so that the machine can work smoothly. If there is a jamming phenomenon, the machine will automatically reverse through the PLC control program, and then turn forward again, without the need for human beings to operate alone, saving time and effort.
For the magnetic separation part, our company chooses two steps. The first horizontal magnetic separation can select most of the steel wires, which reduces the material inclusions in the second magnetic separation and recovers the effective materials more efficiently.
